A beverage brand moved fulfillment work out of its production bottleneck.
In-house FBA work was drawing leadership and production resources into daily order execution. RELY took on the fulfillment activities, including picking and packing, labeling, shipment coordination, variety-pack kitting and the program's lot and expiration-date checks.
The program supported 194 SKUs and more than 20 packout formats, with 360,000 units fulfilled through FBA in 2025.

Questions to answer before you move fulfillment.
What is the difference between fulfillment and kitting?
Kitting combines specified components or products into a kit. Fulfillment manages orders and prepares products for shipment. RELY can run either one on its own or combine them in one program.
Can RELY hold inventory and ship against releases?
Yes. The program agreement covers ownership, storage, replenishment, reporting, revisions and shipment responsibility.
Do you support B2B, retail and direct-to-customer orders?
Yes. Product requirements, order patterns, packaging, routing and information exchange are planned for each workflow. FBA preparation is handled as its own workflow, separate from direct-to-customer shipping.
Can our fulfillment program include assembly or rework?
It can, when the work fits RELY's capabilities. Send the product requirements or a representative sample along with the order pattern so the connected activities can be evaluated together.
Can you connect to our order or inventory system?
Share your order-feed, inventory-reporting and integration requirements. The supported method and any setup work are confirmed during scoping. A named platform integration is not assumed until it has been verified for your program.
What affects the quote and minimum program size?
Receiving, storage, order frequency, SKU mix, handling, product preparation, materials, checks and shipment requirements all affect the scope. RELY evaluates fit using the work and recurring demand, not a universal minimum-order number.
How do you plan a transition from another provider?
Start with inventory, open orders, product and packaging requirements, the current process and desired timing. The review identifies responsibilities, missing information and any pilot or transition-stock needs before a cutover date is set.
What do we need to start?
A product list, typical order, pack sample or short description is enough for an initial discussion. Expected volume, destinations and timing help. A complete RFQ is not required; let us know when an NDA is needed before sharing confidential information.
