How a program starts
01 · Describe it
A description, photo, drawing or sample is enough. A complete RFQ is not required to start. If the work needs an NDA or technical files, tell us and we will set up the right next step.
02 · Scope it
Scope, materials, methods, acceptance requirements, volume and timing are confirmed before launch, so the quote reflects how the work will actually run.
03 · Run it
Work instructions, trained operators, supervision, quality controls, reporting and execution, in RELY’s facility or inside yours under RELY’s on-site labor model. You keep the decisions.
No. Many programs start with one defined operation: a subassembly, a kit, a sort or a packout. Services can be added later, connected to the first program or completely separate.
Yes. RELY runs recurring high-volume programs and high-mix, low-volume work. The right setup for each is defined during scoping.
At RELY’s ISO 9001:2015 certified facility in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, or inside your plant under RELY’s on-site labor model. On-site sorting teams cover Wisconsin and the Midwest, and material from anywhere can be sent to RELY for sorting.
RELY takes responsibility for a defined operation: work instructions, training, supervision, quality controls and output. You are not adding people for your team to manage. RELY’s sister company, Engauge Workforce Solutions, provides staffing, so RELY can tell you plainly when staffing is the better tool.
Call 262.853.1634. RELY responds to urgent sortation and containment inquiries within one business hour. On-site start timing depends on the scope and location and is confirmed on that call.
Tell us what’s getting in the way. A short description is enough to start; volume and timing help if you have them.
