Absolutely, we are able to provide assistance for both local and national couriers. Our facility features multiple docks and ramps to ensure efficient and smooth delivery and pick-up processes.

Our first shift runs from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and is staffed with dedicated professionals. Should the program require it, we have the flexibility to bring on additional staff.

Some of our clients have provided custom equipment. We have also procured our own equipment in other instances. This can be discussed during the quoting process.

We have 20,000 square feet of manufacturing space. We try to use our inventory to store the product needed to supply our production floor. We have received and converted more than 100 pallets as part of a single job. We would love to review in more detail your applicational need.

Our team has many years of manufacturing/production experience. We have quantitative quality checks in place, were applicable. Typically defined by a mutually agreed upon AQL level defined by Client Quality. We also have leads throughout the shop floor that are responsible for training and quality.
Rely began its contract manufacturing in 2020 in response to the Covid Pandemic.

Typically we ask for 2 weeks lead time but that is dependent on staffing levels required and daily output needed. We can review your specific project needs at the time of quote.
Typically no but can talk through any storage needs you may have as part of a value added service quote.
We have high quality standards. We are in the process of adding ISO Certification by Q1 2024.
