• Request a Quote and Contact forms: your name, company, business email address, phone number, the kind of help you need, production length, estimated volume and your message.
• Careers form: your name, email address, phone number, the job you are interested in, your message and, if you choose to attach one, your resume (PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 10 MB).
• Newsletter sign-up: your email address.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, evaluate employment applications and send the newsletter you requested.

Please do not include Social Security numbers, bank details or other sensitive personal information in a form, message or resume.

How Form Submissions Are Handled

Form submissions are stored in our website’s database and sent by email to the RELY team members who respond to them. Resumes submitted through the Careers form are used only to consider you for employment with RELY.

To stop receiving the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in the email or contact us.

• CleanTalk screens form submissions for spam and may process the email address and content you submit.
• SendGrid delivers form notification emails to our team, including the content you submit.
• WebTraxs provides website visitor analytics, which may include identifying the organization associated with a visitor’s IP address.
• Google Fonts and cdnjs (Cloudflare) supply the fonts and icons used on the site, so your browser requests them directly from those services.

These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
